Description

JUROP KOMBI 4000 combination truck on a MAN TGS 35.430 8×4 chassis. Engine: 430 hp, EURO 5; transmission: ZF16S. Gross weight: 35 tonnes. Front leaf-spring suspension, rear air suspension, disc brakes on front and rear axles. The 14,000 L steel tank has a fixed partition separating 12,000 L for sludge and 2000 L for water. Its circular section is 1800 mm in diameter. A hydraulic cylinder tips the tank; a non-return valve prevents lowering if the hydraulic system fails. An overpressure safety valve is fitted. The fully opening rear cover has hydraulic clamps and two hydraulic cylinders with anti-drop non-return valves. Heated, pneumatically operated 6-inch suction and discharge gate valves are mounted on the rear cover. A stainless-steel cyclone filter uses double filtration to separate coarse particles. A stainless-steel float ball stops suction if the filter fills. An electrical tank-full sensor switches off the vacuum pump; a mechanical float-operated pointer indicates tank level. The automatic two-stage dewatering system first passes the material through a perforated stainless-steel partition at the rear of the tank, removing large solids. A rotating stainless-steel filter then separates liquid from sludge and cleans itself with high-pressure jets. A centrifugal pump on the rear cover discharges the separated water. System capacity: 1500 L/min. Vacuum system: JUROP HELIX 1200EP, maximum 6600 m³/h and 93% vacuum, air cooling, pneumatic vacuum/pressure changeover and hydraulic drive. Equipment includes an hour meter, inlet and outlet silencers, a non-return valve, two overheating sensors and a fine filter. The fully hydraulic top-mounted suction boom has 16 m of DN175 hose, a 180° operating arc, 2.7 m telescopic extension and a maximum boom length of 5.0 m. It lifts 40° and includes a position sensor, a work light on the final section and a transport lock. High-pressure system: HPP (Italy), 104 L/min at 200 bar, hydraulic drive, hour meter, stainless-mesh water filter and pressure regulator. A hydraulically controlled inertia reel carries 20 m of metal-braided high-pressure hose with the source-specified diameter of 1.2 inches. The main control panel includes a compound pressure/vacuum gauge, equipment hour meter and vacuum-pump overheat warning. It controls pump start/stop and speed, tank lifting/lowering, rear-cover opening/closing, gate valves, radio-remote activation and the top suction boom, with an emergency stop. The radio remote controls the vacuum pump and its speed, gate valves, boom and high-pressure pump, and includes an emergency stop. A battery charger is installed in the cab; a spare battery is included. Operating temperature: −20°C to +40°C. Stated service life: 15 years.
