Combination sewer cleaning truck JUROP KOMBI 3000

JUROP KOMBI 3000, configuration VJC 7.8/3.0 HELIX 450 150-B-Cass. The stainless-steel tank is available with a polished finish. Walls and ends are 6 mm thick. Its 10.8 m³ capacity is divided by a fixed partition into 7.8 m³ for sludge and 3 m³ for clean or recycled water. The tipping tank has rear hinges, a front hydraulic cylinder and a residue-washing system. Vacuum pump options: JUROP HELIX 450 or 550, 2600 or 3060 m³/h, with helical rotors for reduced noise and pulsation-free airflow. Plunger pump options: HPP MLR, 300 L/min at 200 bar, or Pratissoli MK2 55, 290 L/min at 200 bar. The main reel rotates 180° and holds 160 m of 25 mm Gruelokan 250 jetting hose. The small hydraulic reel holds 60 m of 1/2-inch hose. The extending boom rotates 180° and reaches 4.6 m; the suction/discharge hose is 125 mm in diameter and 18 m long. Two equipment-control panels are located at the rear right and on the jetting reel. A radio remote and a control for rear-cover clamps and tank lifting/lowering are included. Winter equipment comprises a heated pump compartment, a water heater for lines and reels, and electric heating for all gate valves. Water-compartment heating is optional. A removable recycling module in the sludge tank provides multistage filtration down to 50 microns at 200 L/min. Filtered water enters the water tank and then supplies the plunger pump. Drive: OMSI power take-off and pneumatic pump clutches.
