JUROP KOMBI 3000 on a MAN TGS 33.440 6×4 chassis with a preinstalled GLONAS module. Designed for hydrodynamic sewer cleaning and the collection and transport of liquid waste, with side tanks for clean water.
Tank configuration requires confirmation: the source first specifies an 8 m³ CORTEN sludge tank and 5 m³ stainless-steel side water tanks, but later describes a fixed partition with 12,000 L for sludge and 2000 L for water. Both figures are retained as conflicting source configurations.
The vacuum-resistant cylindrical CORTEN tank has 6 mm walls and an 8 mm rear cover, reinforced by external U-section rings. Design pressure: +0.5/−1 bar; maximum working pressure: +0.5 bar; maximum vacuum: −1 bar. A bypass valve and pressure safety valve are fitted.
Two double-acting hydraulic cylinders open the rear cover; a safety system prevents accidental closing if hydraulics fail. Adjustable hydraulic locks secure it. Equipment includes a mechanical float level gauge; pneumatic filling and discharge valves in AISI 304 stainless steel with quick-release ball connections and covers; and a manual AISI 304 drain valve.
AISI 304 side water tanks provide a stated total of 5000 L. They are filled through a hydrant connection; a digital water-level sensor feeds the control panel. The vacuum and high-pressure pumps are housed in a separate heated AISI 304 compartment, including stainless-steel doors with mechanical retaining mechanisms.
The HELIX 450 rotary pump is mounted on a steel frame behind the cab, to the right of the tank in a heated enclosure. The source specifies 2000 m³/h and 92% maximum vacuum, with a theoretical maximum of 93% and maximum pressure of 2 bar. The tri-lobe helical rotor and air-injection cooling provide high vacuum, reduced noise and smooth operation without oil discharge. Suction depth is up to 20 m with a nozzle.
The vacuum system includes a pneumatic 4-way vacuum/pressure valve, non-return valve and an overheat sensor that automatically activates the discharge valve at a critical temperature. Filtration equipment includes a large cyclone with a non-return valve, a mechanical discharge valve, a washable AISI 304 cartridge for fine solids and an oil separator.
The triplex plunger pump delivers up to 285 L/min at 200 bar and can run simultaneously with the vacuum pump. A pneumatically operated regulating valve distributes water and controls pressure automatically.
A nozzle rail washes the sludge compartment to assist unloading. There is a manual shut-off valve, a connection between the sludge and clean-water compartments, a filtered hose connected to the water system, and a pneumatic cyclone drain valve. The main suction reel has a roller hose guide and a pneumatically operated shut-off valve; reel rotation and winding are controlled from the main panel.
The hydraulic telescopic suction boom rotates 270° and carries 7 m of DN120 hose, controlled locally or remotely. The fixed main high-pressure reel is inside a heated stainless-steel enclosure on the rear cover. It has hydraulic rotation, a manual hose guide, winding/unwinding flow control and 160 m of 1-inch hose. The side hydraulic reel carries 60 m of 1/2-inch high-pressure hose.
The winter package is specified for operation down to −25°C and includes a Stroco heating system for the water lines and high-pressure reel, plus a heater for the pump housings and tank.
The enclosed control panel provides engine-speed indication, pneumatic reel stopping at intermediate positions, water-pressure regulation, pressure and vacuum gauges, emergency stop, hose winding-speed control, water-valve opening/closing, vacuum and plunger pump activation, and pneumatic filling-valve operation. Radio control is also listed.
