CHAPTER 01 / 1976–1988
The first pumps, in-house production and new applications.

JUROP begins operations in Villotta di Chions, Italy, in 1976, producing its first pumps.

Air-cooled pumps for agriculture, with flow rates from 3,000 to 6,500 l/min.

A factory opens in Azzano Decimo to manufacture suction and cleaning equipment.

JUROP builds equipment for chassis, trailers and semitrailers using its own vacuum pumps.

TORNADO joins the range of suction equipment.

JP rotary lobe pumps support filling, mixing, emptying, irrigation and drainage.

A project with Italian State Railways (FS) develops equipment for cleaning train sewage tanks.
CHAPTER 02 / 1991–1998
From specialised equipment to electronic controls.

Equipment for hazardous waste collection and transport uses multi-compartment stainless steel tanks.

Demountable equipment allows a vehicle to serve different applications.

An electronic control system simplifies operation and helps optimise energy use.

PNR sliding-vane pumps use air-injection cooling; PNE models use natural convection.
CHAPTER 03 / 2000–2009
Water reuse and advances in vacuum technology.

The Recycling System recovers part of the extracted water for reuse.

PVT pumps serve vacuum systems that require gas free from oil and water contamination.

A new injection system reduces noise and the need for additional soundproofing.
CHAPTER 04 / 2010–2016
Cooling, hose guidance and helical rotors.

Two impellers provide forced-air cooling to support extended pump operation.

Three-lobe pumps gain a cooling system with an integrated check valve.

A patented system guides and supports hoses through the coordinated rotation of two accessories.

Helical lobes reduce flow pulsation when pumping liquids and sewage.

The helical shape of the three-lobe rotors delivers smoother pump operation.
CHAPTER 05 / 2017–2020
Component protection, shared drives and new equipment configurations.

The VLE series introduces a buffer chamber to help protect the gearbox from pumped media.

Solids separation enables water reuse and helps protect the high-pressure pump.

An ITALA gearbox drives a DL vacuum pump and a centrifugal pump from one power take-off.

The IDROVAC excavator expands the range of equipment for construction applications.

New units fit horizontal ports on PVT 1000, HELIX 1200 and HELIX 1500 pumps.

A helical three-lobe compressor combines synchronising gears with an exhaust pressure adaptation system for lower noise.
