Description

JUROP KOMBI 3000 combination truck on a MAZ 631228-8577-062 chassis, with a polished AISI 316 stainless-steel cylindrical tank. Tank walls and dished ends are 6 mm thick; geometric capacity is 14 m³. A movable piston separates the rear sludge compartment from the clean-water compartment. Its four positions provide: 12,200 L sludge / 1800 L water; 9900 / 4100 L; 7800 / 6200 L; or 5500 / 8500 L. Vacuum or pressure moves the piston; four pairs of pneumatic locks secure it. The tank tips on rear hinges using a front-mounted hydraulic cylinder. Discharge is by piston or tipping; a system washes sediment from the tank. Vacuum pump: JUROP HELIX 450 or 550 with helical rotors for reduced noise and pulsation-free airflow, rated at 2600 or 3060 m³/h. Plunger pump options: HPP MLR, 300 L/min at 200 bar, or Pratissoli MK2 55, 290 L/min at 200 bar. The main jetting reel rotates 180° and holds 160 m of 25 mm Gruelokan 250 hose. The small hydraulic reel holds 60 m of 1/2-inch hose. The extending boom rotates 180° and reaches 4.6 m from its attachment on the rear cover; the suction/discharge hose is 125 mm in diameter and 18 m long. A sludge-dewatering system on the rear cover handles up to 1500 L/min. There are two equipment-control panels, at the rear right and on the jetting reel, plus a radio remote and a tank-opening control for rear-cover clamps and tank lifting/lowering. Winter equipment includes a heated pump compartment, a water heater for the lines and reels, and electric heating for every gate valve. Water-tank heating is optional. The pumps are driven through an OMSI power take-off and pneumatic clutches.
