Sewer jetting truck JUROP KOMBI 3000

Combination sewer-cleaning truck with water recycling. The 10,800 L tank is divided into 1500 L for clean water, 1500 L for recycled water and 7800 L for sludge. Partition positions can be configured. Vacuum pump: JUROP PVT 400, 2600 m³/h, belt-driven from an OMSI power take-off. Hydraulic drive is optional, including a closed circuit allowing independent pump-speed control, depending on chassis. The hydraulically driven Pratissoli high-pressure pump delivers 346 L/min at 200 bar and has dry-run protection; other versions are available. The tank is made of steel or polished stainless steel. The top cassette holds 18 m of 150 mm suction hose. Additional hoses comprise two each of 1 m, 2 m and 3.5 m. The rear boom rotates 180°, reaches 4.5 m, rises 31° and lowers 5°. The recycling filter transfers water from the sludge compartment to the second compartment whether the pumps are running or stopped. The plunger pump can use either clean or recycled water. A heated hydraulic jetting reel rotates 180° and holds 160 m of hose; a 200 kg winch is provided for manhole covers. A fixed hydraulic washing reel holds 60 m of hose. The rear 6-inch inlet and discharge gate valves are pneumatically operated and heated. Stainless-steel storage compartments are heated and lockable. Three control stations include a display and wireless control. Other equipment comprises a hot-water washbasin, a vice, a work lamp with 20 m cable and automatic reel, beacons, a folding rear underrun guard and a stainless-steel discharge apron for tipping.
